When I first started coming here I was in need of serious hair help. I was a bit anxious at my first appointment because of how neglected my hair was. But the team have been so friendly, supportive and welcoming. I have been seeing Jas for almost a year now and I am so happy with how my hair is looking. The thing I want to call out the most is that Jas is always very honest about what I need or don’t need, she won’t add any thing to the service if it’s not needed and she will tell me when I can skip something - which I appreciate. Jas has also seen my 12 yr old daughter and earned the big tick of approval there too. Love coming here, highly recommend. Included some pics from my latest visit- where they have added a cute menu for their complimentary drinks; a small thing much appreciated after a busy day at work.

My girls (aged 6 and 9) had their very curly hair washed and cut by Jasmin and Kaitlyn and they left the salon feeling like a million dollars. All staff were very kind and accomodating and treated my girls like royalty, with hot chocolate and popcorn to sip and eat whilst getting their haircut. Along with being spoilt, Jasmin and Kaitlyn listened to what they needed, were gentle and took a lot of care in the process. The girls hair turned out beautifully. Thank you for not just the haircut but the experience, it was very much appreciated!

I have been going to Hair Esteem for over 20 years!!! Jasmine always know how to get it right. She take pride in her work and makes sure she explains everything she is doing whilst colouring my hair. Jasmine does the best head massage. I am very happy with everything she does and all the staff at Hair Esteem are excellent. If you haven't been to Hair Esteem you need to go its a great experience.

My mum was going to a ball for the first time today and her hair and makeup stylist had cancelled on her at the last minute. Called some friends and they couldn't help unfortunately but in a last ditch effort, I called up this place and explained the situation, they said "No worries, we can help. Can you get her here in the next few minutes?" Near the end of the day on a Saturday and these lovely ladies pulled through in the most professional way possible. I am truly grateful to Jodie and Tamara. You've brought a shine to my mums eyes and made a slightly fretful son extremely grateful!
